1. Return Eligibility – 10 Days Only
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, if 10 days have passed, we cannot provide a refund or return. This condition is clearly mentioned on our website for complete transparency.
To be eligible for a return:
It must be unused and in its original condition, as delivered.
It should be with its original packaging and all tags attached.
You must have a valid proof of purchase: order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return
We gladly accept returns for the following reasons:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Product mismatch from what was shown/described
Missing items in a combo order
Quality concerns (with valid evidence)
Some items, like hair accessories, may not be returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned :
Items used or damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Items returned after 10 days
Clearance or sale items
Personalized or special-order items
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will:
Inspect the returned item
Notify you about approval or rejection
Process your refund within 3–7 working days
The refund amount will be returned through the original method of payment or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
Note: Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product:
Requests for exchange must be made within 10 days as well.
The return must meet every eligibility criterion
Exchange will be processed when the original item is received and verified.
In the event of an out-of-stock condition, store credit or refund will be offered.
6. Return Shipping
In the case of damaged, incorrect, or defective products, the return shipping cost is covered by Shiva Collection.
Customers may be required to bear the charges for return shipping for other reasons.
